At KINTO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our thoughtfully designed drinkware and interior goods. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include the packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

  Ship Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
